Thank you for an experience. I wish house buying and furnishing here was as simple and enjoyable as it was there! We came over with intentions of buying but were prepared to go home and come back if the property we were looking for was not right. In four days we saw it, along with many others, saw it again, and on a Sunday, with the developer and a notary present we signed the papers. How simple and organized can you get!

Our eternal gratitude goes to Daniela who met us at the hotel you arranged for us, and whisked us off for the first viewing, and although it was in fact a holiday weekend with you, gave up her time to make sure we were seeing what was available.

When the decision was made, she organized the signing of the papers. I hasten to add that at no time we felt under any pressure to pursue any of the properties and the decision was ours, so when we walked into our apartment we knew it was for us. As it was we still had a day to take in the pleasures of Malta, but unfortunately for us we then had to go home.

Being used to the way things are done here, that would have been the end of our relationship, but through your company we progressed through the finalization with ease, and when we came back, with the help from Christine and latterly Charlotte we had the apartment furnished in no time. Their local knowledge of where to go was invaluable.

Thank you very much for a superb service and I would have no reservations about recommending your company to anyone interested in buying in Malta. We would now class you as friends.
